My horse Item, I don’t know if I’ve mentioned him before on here but I know I’ve talked about him a lot with friends and well of course my family!

Item is/was my horse from when I was growing up, he has been in my family since the time I was around 3-4 yrs old, I lost him when I was 19…. Item, he was the best horse in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD and of course I am not the least bit bias
, he was seriously an all around awesome, gentle, friendly, playful, snuggly big baby of a horse and I think this above picture proves just that and more! I loved just being with him, rather it was playing with him in the pasture while he grazed or riding him down, in and around the woods behind our house, or the one thing I used to love to do most which was burring my nose into his neck and taking in that wonderful horse smell he had, nothing like it in the whole world, takes me home and with him again every time I smell it! This picture right here is of his bit and reins set, the bridle has been gone for awhile now, it broke, but I’ve kept the rest of the set with me as a reminder of him, I also still have the blue set you see in the above picture but this one right here has way more meaning, more stories and more memories for me and him, which is why I chose it for my picture of the day! So, although my big baby is gone, he will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart and hope chest, I will never forget all the fun I had with him and I can guarantee that as long as I live, this set will remain with me, in my hope chest, right next to my bouquet from my wedding day! I love you Item!
I’m thinkin’ I might have to blow this up and put it somewhere in my room!![]()
